May 10, 2024 – Terra Alliance is delighted to announce that BR Advisory Partners Participações S.A. (“BR Partners”) has joined the network as a member firm. Headquartered in Brazil, BR Partners is the largest independent investment bank in Latin America and trades on the BOVESPA exchange under the ticker BRBI11.
Terra Alliance was established in 2002 to enhance the global capabilities of member firms through mutual cooperation between investment banks from different regions, mainly focusing on M&A transactions. Over the last five years, member firms have collectively advised on more than 460 deals in different economic sectors with a total value of US$126 billion.
