Sella Corporate Finance has joined AIFI (Italian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association), as Advisory Associate Member. AIFI is an organization composed of different entities (Italian and international banks and their subsidiaries, industrial and private investment companies, Italian closed-end funds, international closed-end funds) which directly or indirectly invest funds with the objective of purchasing, managing and divesting unquoted companies. As an Associate Member, Sella Corporate Finance successfully advises PE and VC funds, as well as unquoted companies, in investment / divestment transactions.
