Sabadell Corporate Finance advises the Spain-based multinational Group SAICA on the acquisition of the Italian flexible packaging manufacturer Centroplast Group from Athena Private Equity and Fondo Centro Impresa.
Centroplast Group is a producer of flexible packaging with manufacturing plants in Italy and Luxemburg. It has 235 employees and a consolidated turnover of €67m in 2015.
SAICA is the leading European producer of recycled paper for corrugated cardboard, with more than 8,000 employees in 8 European countries and consolidated sales 2,378 million euros in 2015.
