Origin advises Unilever, the global consumer goods company, on the divestment of its Chicken Tonight, Five Brothers and Raguletto wet sauce business in Australia and New Zealand to Symington’s Limited, the UK-based manufacturer of branded convenience food. Under the terms of the deal, the three brands will continue to be produced at Unilever’s factory in Australia.

In 2011, Symington’s had already acquired the rights to the Chicken Tonight and Ragu brands in the UK and Ireland.
