Hottinguer Corporate Finance advises Euro Media Group (EMG), Europe’s leading provider of audiovisual facilities and services based in France, on its sale to PAI Partners, a European private equity firm headquartered in Paris. EMG’s founders and original shareholders will reinvest alongside PAI Partners in the company together with the senior management team.

EMG provides audiovisual services for large events, such as the recent Winter Games, the Fifa World Cup, the Tour de France or the Monaco Grand Prix. The group has operations in France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, UK, Italy and Switzerland.
