Sella Corporate Finance advised Banca Sella S.p.A. on the sale of a corporate branch including 26 bank branches and a private banking office, located in the provinces of Trento, Bolzano and Belluno, to Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano SpA/Sudtiroler Sparkasse AG. The operation involved a rationalization of the distribution network of Banca Sella and a capital strengthening for the Bank and the Group. The deal value was around 23 million EUR.
